Born in the Lake Michigan shoreline town of Muskegon, Rick left home to attend The University of Michigan in ann Arbor. Receiving his BA in communications, he set about putting it to use tending bar while he worked on his writing. This is his first published novel. Rick and his wife, Donna, reside in Ann Arbor under the command of their cat Keiko, the calico princess.
An intimate glimpse into the world of extraordinary people struggling daily against the challenges of prejudice, handicap and hypocrisy. Timothy Bean is a young man to whom no human case is ever truly beyond hope. His landlady staunchly feels otherwise. Their is the inevitable clash of personalities at the center of this heart rending and touching novel about human nature.
