| Doctor RALPH
D. CURTIN relocated from New York to South Florida in
1987 to direct a large Christian ministry focusing on
Jewish evangelism. His degrees include a B.S. and an M.A.
in Biblical Studies from Trinity Evangelical
Divinity School and a Doctor of Ministry in Christian
Counseling from the South Florida Bible College and
Theological Seminary in Deerfield Beach, Florida, where
he presided as Academic Dean and professor of
Biblical Studies for two years. Dr. Curtin is an adjunct
professor for Trinity College in Miami in addition to
teaching for the Moody Bible Institute External Studies
program. He and his helpmate, Kathy, presently
share the ministry of serving the Lord in the pastorate
of a Baptist church in North Pompano Beach, Florida. They
have three married children and four grandchildren. Dr. Curtin's first novel, THE FALSE HOPE, is a work of prophetic fiction. His pastoral counseling experience has led him also to write in a different genre, Christian counseling. His book, HOPE FOR THE HURTING HEART (coming soon), was designed to aid the family of God in times of need. His latest project is a work of fiction with a prophetic twist. Entitled THE LIGHTS OF GOD, this book dramatizes the discovery of the ancient Biblical priestly device, the Urim and Thummim, and the role this plays in the emergence of the Antichrist. |

| THE FALSE HOPE (out of print) | |||||||||||||
| First in a
trilogy, The False Hope tells of the unorthodox
development of an AIDS vaccine in contemporary America
and how the drug is used to catapult Gregory Kavidas, a
pharmaceutical magnate, to world prominence. When a band
of Christians uncovers his real agenda, they attempt to
unmask him as the Anti-Christ who is using the discovery
as part of a master plan. Predestination, along with
Kavidas' amazing supernatural powers, forces them
temporarily to capitulate through the course of many
conflicts. The False Hope fictionalizes portions of Biblical prophecy through the lives of the two central characters, Gregory Kividas, a satanically energized man of Greek descent, and David Douglas, a Christian college professor and pastor, bent on exposing Kavidas before he dupes the world with his false hope: an ultimate monetary system, an ill-fated AIDS vaccine, and more importantly, a false salvation.
