| Brenda J. Clayburn, along
with her husband and three daughters, migrated to the
Roanoke Valley in the beautiful state of Virginia from
Long Island, New York. She and her husband, Buddy, deemed
this area to be an overall more positive environment in
which to raise their children. Brenda has always enjoyed working with young people. Having a creative nature, over the years she has written several pieces of material for children. She is also very active in the children's ministry in her church. Brenda and Buddy founded MILK & HONEY DAYCARE in 1981. This is a home-style daycare and pre-school geared toward giving children of working parents a better opportunity for a high level of morality, responsibility and educational training. She believes that in today's society there is a definite need for her new book DADDY'S GONE. Brenda is currently working on two other literary projects for the young minds of today. |
